The possible oil had a strong contrast with its surroundings. The possible oil is believed to be associated with NRC #1337483 and NRC #1337583. The possible oil measured approximately 4.64 nmi long and had a width of roughly 0.73 nmi at its widest point. Winds around the time of the image were 9 kts from the N. UNCERTAINTIES: None.
