REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. The possible oil measured approximately 4.8 nmi in length and up to 1.5  nmi in width and appeared to emanate southeastward from an oil facility. It had a faint white appearance with diffuse edges in sunglint and solid white coloring in some areas suggesting thicker oil. Winds at the time of the image were from the NW at around 5 kts. This possible oil is co-located with a number of NRC reports, with the most recent being #1337713 from approximately 28 hours previously from a previous MPSR.
