REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. An oil slick with possible thicker oil near the source extended 1.9 nm to the east and northeast and was up to 0.2 nm wide. The point source is believed to be a broken pipeline. Winds at the time were from the southwest at 10 kts. 

UNCERTAINTIES: A broken pipeline is known to exist in this area and has been reported on several times. The most recent was NRC #1338450.
