REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. The slick was linear in shape, had sharp well-defined edges, had brighter features throughout the slick, which are indications of thicker oil, and originally associated with Hotline #10418 and most recently NRC# 1338680. The slick was approximately 8.26nm in length, and 0.14nm at its widest point. Winds were out of the SE at 10kts near the time of the image, feathering throughout the image would agree with the wind movement. 


UNCERTAINTIES: There was heavy cloud cover throughout the anomaly extent, and numerous false positives from cloud shadows, so we were unable to fully account for the total anomaly.
