REMARKS: ***PLEASE NOTE THIS IMAGERY IS MORE THAN 24 HOURS OLD***. Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. The slick extended about 14.1 NM long by around 0.75 NM wide at its widest point, had very good contrast with its background and had silvery sheen consistent with thicker oil. Additionally, the slick was connected to a point source and may be related to one or both of the recent NRC reports (1339109 and 1339182) generated for sheens noted in the local vicinity of this MPSR. Winds were out of the NE at 10 KT at the time of the image. Considering the above factors, we have HIGH confidence in this assessment.

UNCERTAINTIES: Biogenic striations merged with the oil area, therefore its true extent is estimated.
