REMARKS: ***PLEASE NOTE THIS IMAGERY IS MORE THAN 24 HOURS OLD*** Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery.  The slick was linear in shape, was approximately 3.15nm in length, and 0.18nm at the widest point, and appeared to emanate from an oil facility. Throughout the anomaly extents were brighter returns, which are characteristics of thicker oil. Winds near the time of the image were out of the NE at 10kts. This slick is likely associated with NRC# 1339109.



UNCERTAINTIES: There was a separate MPSR on the same image, and false positives were present on the image.
