REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery.  The slick was linear in shape, had a strong contrast against the surrounding environment, and had brighter features throughout the entirety, which are indications of thicker oil. The slick was approximately 16.30nm in total length, and 0.43nm at the widest point. The slick appeared to emanate from the known shipwreck (Wreck 1487), a repeat leak source. Winds near the time of the image were at 4kts out of the SW.



UNCERTAINTIES: There were numerous weather effects throughout the entire image, which precluded a more definitive depiction of the anomaly extents.
