An oil slick extended 2 nm to the west of an oil facility. The slick was up to 0.2 nm wide. Winds at the time were from the west at 10 knots. UNCERTAINTIES: The slick was attached to a point source, was easily distinguishable from natural phenomena and appeared out of place resulting in high confidence. The slick is believed to be associated with NRC #1339728.
