REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly appeared to be originating from Mon Forte, a known repeat leak source The anomaly was measured approx. 6.2 NMI long and 0.16 NMI wide as its widest distance. The anomaly features widening with distance and a silvery appearance. The anomaly was connected to the source and was believed to correspond to NRC # 1339232. The winds near the time of the image were out of the NW just below 10 kts which aligns well with the orientation of the anomaly.
