REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly appeared to be originating from Mon Forte, a known repeat leak source. The anomaly was measured approx. 10.63 NMI long and 0.81 NMI wide as its widest distance. The anomaly features widening with distance and a jagged appearance. The anomaly showed a predominant white shimmery signature which was a sign that thicker oil may have been present. The anomaly was connected to the source and was believed to correspond to NRC # 1339232. The winds near the time of the image were out of the SE just below 10 kts.

UNCERTAINTIES: The exact extent of the anomaly is unknown due to cloud cover.
