REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. The anomaly was very dark with sharp edges against its surroundings and exhibited silvery sheen in some places indicative of thick oil. Winds in the area were from the south-southeast at 10 kts. The anomaly measured approximately 0.39 nmi wide at its widest point and 2.43 nmi long in total. This anomaly may be associated with hotline #10489 due to its proximity and shape.

UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly falls on the edge of the image swath, thus the full extent of the anomaly and its suspected point source could not be determined.
