REMARKS: ***THIS IMAGERY IS OVER 24 HOURS OLD*** Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. A linear anomaly was observed 28 nautical miles North of Galveston, Texas. The linear anomaly spanned a length of 0.88 nautical miles and covered a surface area of 0.07km2. The anomaly had several characteristics associated with a possible oil slick such as sharp contrast with the surrounding water and well defined edges. There was an east wind moving at 5 to 10 kts. It is for these various reason that the Confidence for this report is Medium.

UNCERTAINTIES: A point source could not be determined and the full extent of the possible oil could not be collected.
