REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery.  The oil slick extended about 2.5 NM long and around 0.15 NM wide at its widest point, had very good contrast with its background, and had silvery sheen consistent with thicker oil. Additionally, the slick was connected to a known repeat leak source. Winds were out of the S at 10 KT at the time of the image. Considering the above factors, we have HIGH confidence in this assessment.
