REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was measured approx. 2.5 NMI long and 0.05 NMI wide as its average width distance. The anomaly was linear in shape and it showed a sharp contrast against the ocean background. It was reported that the anomaly was emanating from an oil platform nearby.
