REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. An oil slick stretched 6.8 nmi from an oil facility and was up to 0.3 nmi wide. Winds were calm at the time, but earlier in the day they were from the south and southwest.  

UNCERTAINTIES: Although the oil slick was easily distinguished, the presence of natural phenomena in the scene reduced confidence slightly to Medium-High.
