REMARKS: 
Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. The anomaly appeared dark against the ocean background and displayed characteristics similar to oil, the anomaly also displayed some feathering which is also emblematic of oil. The anomaly measured approximately 12.5 NM long with a maximum width of 0.3 NM. Winds during the time of this image were out of the NW at 10kts and aligned well with the orientation of this anomaly.

There was no point source that could be identified for this anomaly.
