The anomaly appeared bright and shiny against the ocean background and displayed characteristics similar to oil, the anomaly measured approximately 8.3 NM long with a maximum width of 0.05 NM. Winds during the time of this image were out of the SE at 12 KTS and aligned well with the orientation of this anomaly. UNCERTAINTIES: Uncertainties are minimal given the history of the Taylor Platform as a repeat leak source.
