This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was linear in shape and extended approx. 10.8 NMI long NE from an oil facility and was measured 0.13 NMI wide as its average width distance. The anomaly showed a dark contrast against the ocean background with well-defined edges. The winds near the time of the image were out of the SE around 10 kts. UNCERTAINTIES: No uncertainties since the anomaly was connected to a point source.
