REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. The slick extended about 3.9 NM long by around 0.09 NM wide at its widest point, had very good contrast with its background and had a silvery sheen consistent with thicker oil. Additionally, the slick is likely associated with a known repeat leak source "Liberty Ship Thomas Heyward"  (Hotline 10190) that was thought to have been previously sealed and/or drained of oils. Winds were out of the WSW at 10 KT at the time of the image. Considering the above factors, we have HIGH confidence in this assessment.

UNCERTAINTIES: A vessel wake crossed very near the point source location.
