An anomaly was observed within US International waters, 76 nautical miles east of Melbourne, Florida. The possible slick spanned a length of 12 nautical miles and had an average width of 1.2 nautical miles. The potential slick had strong contrast with the surrounding water, well defined edges, and gradually widened as it trailed along. Winds at the time were coming from a Southwestern direction at around 10kts. The Confidence for this report is Medium-High.
