REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. The possible oil measured approximately 18 nmi by 11 nmi in a large swirling pattern. It had a dark, distinct appearance against its background, with some sharp and some diffuse edges. Winds at the time of the image were around 7kts from the SSE. 

The possible oil was located at same site as the MPSR / NRC #1345151, and is believed to be related to Hotline #10511 and several NRC reports.

UNCERTAINTIES: The edges of portions of the possible oil were poorly defined. Thus, the delineated area of the oil was approximated.
