REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery.  The slick was linear in shape, had a strong dark contrast against the surrounding environment, and appeared to emanate from a platform. There were brighter returns throughout the anomaly extents, which are indications of thicker oil. The slick was approximately 1.05nm in length, and 0.10nm at the widest point. Winds near the time of the image were out of the NE at 12kts, which lined up with the movement of the slick.
