REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. An amomaly was observed in the north east part of the Trinity Bay,TX.  The anomaly was 1.4nm long and 0.3 nm wide at its widest section, and it was located crossing a pipeline at its northern end.

UNCERTAINTIES: The wind at the location was not available.
