REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. The possible oil was located in Trinity Bay in Texas. It was measured approx. 0.92 nm in length and 0.18 nm wide as its widest distance. The anomaly showed a good dark contrast against the surrounding environment and it was connected to an oil platform. The winds were out of the S less than 5 kts. The anomaly was likely associated with NRC#1344841 and #1344899
