The area of possible oil appeared to emanate from the Destroyed Taylor Facility, a known repeat leak source. The area was approximately 1.2nm in length and up to 0.2nm at its widest point. There was portion of the area that exhibited brighter, reflective hues, which may have been indicitave of relatively thicker oil. The surrounding area of possible oil appeared darker in satellite imagery. The confidence level is High due to the suspected point source. Winds at the time of the satellite imagery were ENE at about 10kts. UNCERTAINTIES: None.
