A linear anomaly was observed 75 nautical miles west of San Diego, California. The potential slick spanned a length of 3.5 nautical miles and had a rough width of 0.15 nautical miles and had strong contrast with the surrounding water. Winds at the time were blowing in a Southeasterly direction at around 6kts. The Confidence for this report is Medium-High.
