The anomaly appeared dark with strong contrast against the ocean background with an embedded area of suspected thick oil that appeared silver. The anomaly measured 4.06NM in length and 0.51NM in maximum width. Winds near the time of the image were out of the south at approximately 10kts and do not align well with the orientation of this anomaly.
