REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery.  The slick had a dark and sharp appearance to the surrounding environment. Well defined edges, and widened with distance. These are indications of a bilge dump. The slick was approximately 6.01nm in total length, and approximately 0.18nm at the widest point. The slick was approximately 30nm south of Key West.



UNCERTAINTIES: No point source could be identified with the slick.
