REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. The possible oil spanned an area that was approximately 20x20nm. The possible oil appeared as dark, meandering streaks in satellite imagery with sharp, defined edges. There were a number of oil facilities in the area so a point source could not be determined. The area of possible oil was at the edge of the imagery so the full extent could not be determined. Due to these factors the confidence level was Medium-High. Winds at the time of the imagery were SE around 10kts. 

UNCERTAINTIES: A point source could not be determined due to the number of oil facilities in the area. The full extent of possible oil could not be determined due to the the imagery being cut off.
