REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. The area contained multiple small possible oil slicks, likely with some pockets of relatively thicker oil. The areas were broken up and spread out but spanned a distance of approximately 9.5nm x 6.0nm. The areas appeared dark in optical satellite imagery with the relatively thicker oil exhibiting a lighter, shimmery hue. There was no potential point source immediately near the area, which caps the confidence level at Medium-High. Winds were SE at approximately 10-15kts. 

UNCERTAINTIES: A point source could not be determined.
