An oil slick extended 2.6 nm to the northeast of an oil facility and was up to 0.4 nm wide. Winds were from the south-southwest at 15 knots. UNCERTAINTIES: Confidence was reduced slightly because the anomaly did not show evidence of thicker oil. A separate MPSR was issued for the oil slick immediately north of this one.
