REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. An oil slick extended 2.6 nm to the northeast of an oil facility and was up to 0.4 nm wide. Winds were from the south-southwest at 15 knots. 

UNCERTAINTIES: Confidence was reduced slightly because the anomaly did not show evidence of thicker oil. A separate MPSR was issued for the oil slick immediately north of this one.
