REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. The linear area measured approximately 4.1nm in length and up to 0.1nm in width. The possible oil appeared darker than the ocean background and exhibited well defined edges, as well as some shimmery areas throughout. The full extent of the possible oil and the point source could not be determined, so the confidence rating is Medium-High. Winds at the time were S at approximately 15kts. 

UNCERTAINTIES: A point source could not be determined, but there were multiple oil facilities located to the east. The full extent of the possible oil is unknown since the area was located at the edge of the available satellite imagery.
