REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. The possible oil was seen about 7 nmi north of the Birdfoots delta and measured approximately 15.75 nmi in length and up to 0.78 nmi in width. It appeared dark in color and had silver/white shimmer to parts of the slick. Winds at the time of image were from the south at 10-15 knots. Confidence was determined to be Medium-High since a point source could not be determined.
