REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. An 5 nm long oil slick was attached to an oil facility located 6.4 nm to the north northeast of Venice, LA. The slick was up to 0.3 nm wide. Two other areas of oil were in the vicinity of this slick, but these may be residual oil from separate event(s) such as NRC #1364047 as well as previous MPSRs described in NRC #1363913 and NRC #1364052 for which point sources could not be established. 

Winds were from the southeast at 11 knots.

UNCERTAINTIES: Oil has been previously identified in this area from satellite as well as NRC #1364047, which resulted in high confidence. The identification of a point source also contributed to the assessment of high confidence.
