REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery.  The narrow anomaly had a good contrast with its surroundings and was measured 19nm in length. The anomaly was located next to an oil facility to the west. The wind at the time was from west at 6kt, which correlated well with the observed anomaly orientation.

UNCERTAINTIES: There were long wavy signatures in the north, slightly resembling the anomaly here. However, those signatures were much longer and it is likely to be related to vegetation, while this anomaly here was located right next to an oil facility. Still, the confidence was lowered to medium-high given the surrounding features.
