REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery.  

There were two separate anomalies that stood out from their surroundings and tested negative for vegetation in a false color band combination. They measured approximately 1.75nmi and 2.5nmi in length. They are not associated with a current NRC report. They both exhibited interslick variability that is apparent in strong sun illumination conditions. Winds were from the E at 5-10kts

UNCERTAINTIES: There was no discernible point source, and the anomalies were very close to shore where false positives are more likely to occur.
