REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. A narrow oil slick extended 2.6 nm from north to south and was centered in Main Pass Block 142. Winds were from the southeast at 15 kts.  

UNCERTAINTIES: Although there were oil facilities in the vicinity a point source could not be determined. One of these oil facilities reported this slick as an unknown sheen in NRC #1367172, which resulted in high confidence.
