REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. The oil slick extended about 1.6 NM long by around 0.05 NM wide at its widest point, had good contrast with its background and had silvery sheen consistent with thicker oil. Additionally, the slick appeared to emanate from a known repeat leak source. Winds were out of the E at 10 KT at the time of the image and aligned well with the slick. Considering the above factors, we have HIGH confidence in this assessment.
 

UNCERTAINTIES: The tail-end of the slick blended in with wave features rendering its full extent indeterminable.
