REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. A small, narrow oil slick was detected emanating from an oil facility off Jefferson County, Texas. The slick extended 0.8 nm to the northeast and appeard shimmery white in sunglint. The winds were from the south southwest at 10 knots.

UNCERTAINTIES: This particular oil facility was known to be leaking recently. This results in high confidence.
