REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The linear anomaly had a light-toned contrast against its background, exhibited possible thicker oil and is likely associated with NRC#1374751. The possible slick measured approximately 1.2 nm in length, and .06 nm at its widest point. Winds near the time of the image were out of the WNW at 5 kts.  

UNCERTAINTIES: Due to multiple facilities located near the anomaly, a point source could not be determined. Additionally, the full extent of the slick was unknown due to partial cloud cover in the vicinity.
