REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil.  The oil slick appeared to emanate from the repeat leak source Destroyed Taylor oil facility as it was located just to the northeast of it.  The oil slick was shimmery in color and was approximately 0.61 nm long and 0.06 nm wide at its widest point.  Winds near the time of the image were coming from the west at 5-10 knots, and this lines up with the orientation of the anomaly.

UNCERTAINTIES:  None.  This report has high confidence because the oil slick appeared to be emanating from a source that has repeatedly leaked in the past.
