REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The linear anomaly had a mostly dark contrast against its background, exhibited possible thicker oil that was shimmery in appearance, and appeared to be emanating from the suspected point source. The possible slick measured approximately 3.4 nm in length, 0.06 nm at the widest point and was possibly associated with NRC report #1376258. Winds near the time of the image were out of the NW at 13 kts.

UNCERTAINTIES: The full extent of the slick was unknown due to cloud cover in the vicinity.
