REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The slick extended 0.7 NM long by about 0.10 NM wide at its widest point, had good contrast with its background and had a silvery sheen consistent with oil on water. Additionally, the slick appeared to be connected to a known repeat leak source. Winds were out of the SW at 10 KT at the time of the image. Considering the above factors, we have HIGH confidence in this assessment.
