REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly had a good contract with the surroundings and appeared out of the place. The anomaly consisted of several broken section, measuring about 15nm long and attached to the vessel in the south.  The wind at the time was 5kt from NE.

UNCERTAINTIES: There was no obvious widening of the oil signature with the distance from the vessel. However, considering the anomaly was broken in sections, it was still more likely to be ship dumping than ship wake false positive. Also, the northen end of the signaturewas at the edge of satellite imagery, so the entire length was likely longer.
