REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil.  The most likely source of this oil slick was the Liberty Ship Thomas Heyward, which is associated with hotline #10190.  The oil slick was linear in shape and had good contrast against the surrounding water background.  It was approximately 3.5 nmi in length and up to 0.8 nmi in width.  Thicker oil was visible along the first approximately 0.46 nmi of the slick's length.  Winds near the time of the image were coming from the southeast at 8 knots, which aligned with the orientation of the anomaly.
