REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The slick was likely further remnants of the oil spill reported in NRC# 10692. The slick was broken up into multiple segments. The slick was approximately 36.66nm in total segmented length, and approximately 3.92nm at the widest segment point. Winds near the time of the image were out of the north between 10-15kts. 



UNCERTAINTIES: It is possible that some of the possible oil was natural phenomena, but given the proximity to the reported oil spill locations, our confidence remains high for this report.
