REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The slick was linear in shape, had a strong and distinct contrast to the surrounding environment, and was approximately 21nm east of West Palm Beach, FL. The slick was broken up into two distinct sections, with the northern most section was wider than the southern section and had feathering characteristics, these are signs of a possible bilge dump. The slick was approximately a combined 5.9nm in total length, and approximately 0.20nm at the widest point. Winds near the time of the image were out of the north/northwest around 8kts.
