REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The slick was linear in shape, had sharp and well-defined edges, a dark and strong contrast to the surrounding environment, and widened with distance throughout the slick extents. All of these are signs of a possible bilge dump. The slick was approximately 29.38nm in total length, and approximately 0.54nm at the widest point. Winds were out of the SE at 12kts near the time of the image.
