REMARKS: 
Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. Multiple anomalies of unconfirmed oil were observed approximately 25nm south of Louisiana. The anomalies were all generally located within a 3nm radius from the center point. While a specific suspected point source could not be identified there is large cluster of oil facilities located throughout this area. Winds during the time of this image were out of the SE at 15kts. 

UNCERTAINTIES: 
A specific point source could not be identified, although multiple oil facilities are located in the area, additionally there is no NRC report associated with these anomalies.
