REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The oil slick appeared to originate from the site of the W.D. Anderson shipwreck, but was slightly disconnected. The area measured approximately 12.7nm in length and 0.1nm in width. The area was hard to identify and enhance due to cloud cover in the area, although it did appear out of place. The slick exhibited a small area of relatively thicker oil that appeared lighter compared to the dark slick surrounding it. Winds at the time of the imagery were from the ESE at approximately 15kts. Since W.D. Anderson has been a repeat leak source in the past, confidence in this report is High. 

UNCERTAINTIES: There were plenty of clouds that obscured the area, so the full extent of the oil is unknown.
